As a member of Fantom [FTM] Blockchain Innovation Lab we were responsible for:
– Research & development of user cases and business models for Fantom and FantomPay, resulting in the repositioning of Fantom.
– Refined their positioning and rebranded Fantom as “The Nervous System for Smart Cities”.
– Secured invitation as a delegate with Austrade Trade Mission to Dubai, meeting key govt members responsible for the Dubai SmartCity initiative and blockchain integration.
– Initiated and now in ongoing commercial discussions directly with SmartDubai and multiple govt departments and their partners

Snowcomparison is a ski resort comparison website that helps skiers and snowboarders compare over 2870 ski resorts on a like-for-like basis. Makes it easier and faster to research, plan and book your ski holidays.
It enables users to compare ski resorts on a like-for-like basis, just insurance or home loans comparison sites.
From concept, market research and validation, design, UX, development and launch, Snowcomparison was conceived within Monsterplay and subsequently launched into its own entity.
Snowcomparison went global from day one attracting customers from Europe, Nth America and Australia.
Red Bull X-Fighters is the most prestigious freestyle motocross (FMX) series in the world and in 2011 it was brought to Cockatoo Island Sydney.
Monsterplay was engaged by Red Bull to secure and manage sponsors for Red Bull X-Fighters and several other Red Bull properties. This was the first time Red Bull Australia sought sponsors for their events.
We developed the sponsorship structure, internal processes and necessary marketing material to secure sponsors at all levels. We created assets within the Red Bull environment that sponsors could leverage without diluting Red Bull or the sponsors brand objectives.
We secured Coates Hire as Principal Partner and created a time-lapse video of the course build that they subsequently used for their TVC campaign and implemented this activation throughout many of their sponsorship properties.

Skeena Heliskiing is the 2nd largest Heliskiing mountain range in North America with over 9,250 km2 of terrain.
Monsterplay was engaged by the President, Jake Frei, to help him restructure and relaunch the business. I subsequently invested in Skeena Heliskiing and joined the Advisory Board member.
Within four months of restructuring Skeena become profitable for the first time and within three years was operating at 95%+ capacity with a 70% repeat business.
Ella Bache is an iconic skincare brand with over 200 salons and David Jones counters nationally. Ella Bache College is its Education & Training division.
Engaged to develop their 3yr education and training strategy with a focus on building a national college to provide the highest quality beauty therapists in the industry and a career pathway into the Ella Bache network.
I was subsequently appointed as General Manager Ella Bache College and successfully implemented this strategy.
Responsible for building the Ella Bache college campus in Nth Sydney, designing and launching their distance learning program nationally, growing from 30 to over 180 students and provided 70% employment rate within the Ella Bache network.
The Enterprise Network for Young Australians (ENYA) is a not-for-profit organisation and the Australian representative body for entrepreneurs at the G20 Summit and a Founding Member of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance. (www.g20yea.com).
Engaged as an Advisor to ENYA’s then CEO, Jeremy Liddle, to develop, deliver and secure sponsors for their “Fund it!” program. Fund it! was a 2½ day workshops designed to de-risk new start-ups and provide funding options for them.
Over 6 months we hosted over 150 participants in Sydney & Melbourne. “Fund it!” was sponsored by ANZ Bank
Developed and launched Vaccination Scheduler, an iPhone app, to help parents track and record their children’s vaccination history.
It went global from day one with Vaccination Scheduler being downloaded in 31 countries.
At launch Vaccination Scheduler featured as #1 New App in the Medical Category in Australia.
